The Mattes Method, is a therapy that restores the body's mobility and function. Aaron Mattes has trained me to do his therapy to help those who suffer from joint pain and immobility in the neck, shoulders, back, hips and lower legs.
In one or two hour session you will be actively doing movements guided by me to restore your muscle memory. This re-activates nerve functioning. These stretches are only held for 2 sec. and the protocol is non-painful. Your body will have increased circulation and elasticity of the muscles and fascia.
